rejection
Dating? Someone keep pestering you for your number? Want an easy way to let them down? Check out rejectionline.com. They will do the rejecting for you. They have a phone number you can use, and give out to people that you want to leave you alone. After a brief rejection message, there are three options the rejectee can choose from.
- Option 1 – they can speak to a comfort specialist
- Option 2 – listen to a sad poem
- Option 3 – if they want to cling to the unrealistic hope that there is still a chance with you
Best of all, it’s free!
NYC residents only…
heroes getting ugly
Firefighters Are Arrested During Protest at Ground Zero
Second Union Leader Is Charged With Trespassing in Demonstration at Ground Zero
It’s understandable that the firefighters are upset that they may not be allowed to continue the search for their missing breathren at ground zero. I also understand that no one wants to see bodies scooped up and thrown into a dumpster. I know emotions are running high, but there is no reason that things should become violent or that threats like, “…we’ll come back with 5,000”
be suggested. It’s a heart-wrenching situation, but one that shouldn’t escalate into ugliness.
Finally, it bothers me to get the feeling that there is a NYFD prioritization as to which bodies they are most eager to recover. Don’t make it a firefighter thing. If you’re upset, then let it be because you want ALL the bodies recovered, not just your fallen comrades.
design thieves
Johnson Hardwood Floor should look awfully familiar. You’d think the thieves would have the common sense to change the scripts and CSS file names, but no chance.
no peeking
I do not like the implications of this one bit.
When government documents are blocked, for whatever reason, it only reinforces the sense of mistrust many people already feel for our government.
